Cynthia Martin Online is a Scripture-first Christian discipleship and coaching ministry. The website is primarily an informational and marketing site presenting the Rooted 12-week foundational discipleship course, Renew Christian Coaching, So Free Ministry, Growth Pathways, and the Blog.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Cynthia Martin Online website. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that you may access through links on our website, including TidyCal, Substack, or other external platforms. Those services maintain their own privacy policies.

The website currently includes one contact form. When you use the contact form, we may collect:

  • The message or other information you voluntarily submit.

Your message may contain any information you choose to include. Please do not submit confidential, highly sensitive, medical, financial, legal, or other information through the contact form unless it is necessary for your inquiry.

The contact form information is sent to hello@cynthiamartinonline.com through the website's email-processing functionality. Your email address may be used as the reply-to address so that we can respond to you.

You may also contact us directly through the email link provided on the website.

Marblism

Marblism provides website hosting, content-delivery, and email-API functionality for the website. Information submitted through the contact form may be processed through Marblism's systems so that the message can be delivered to hello@cynthiamartinonline.com.

PostHog

PostHog may provide website analytics, including page-view and click analytics and autocapture, when the applicable PostHog key is configured. PostHog's handling of information is also governed by its own privacy terms and policies.

TidyCal

Links on the website may direct you to TidyCal to schedule a "coffee and chat" or other call. Information entered on the TidyCal booking page is collected directly by TidyCal and is not collected through the Cynthia Martin Online website. TidyCal's privacy policy and terms apply to information submitted through its platform.

Substack

Cynthia Martin Online may provide links to Daughters Who Flourish and other publications hosted on Substack. If you subscribe to or interact with a Substack publication, Substack collects and processes information under its own privacy policy and terms.

Legal, Safety, and Business Disclosures

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or legal process;
  • Respond to lawful requests from government authorities;

Because the website currently has no newsletter signup, we do not maintain a website-based marketing list.
